Ombudsman Services

We believe that customer satisfaction is vitally important and remains to be our number one priority within our business. To ensure that all of our customers are happy, TMC Telecom are proud members of the Ombudsman Services for Communications.

The Ombudsman Services is an independent body who provide alternative dispute resolution scheme for our customers.

Under the scheme, customers who have an unresolved complaint can ask that their case be referred to Ombudsman Services: Communications who will try to resolve the dispute.

Using the ombudsman is a free service to you, the customer.
